Edgar Gonzalez

Edgar Gonzales is originally from Mexico, but as the saying goes, although he wasn’t born in Texas, he got there as soon as he could.  That being said, he is fluent in English, Spanish and French and is happy to help anyone and everyone with plants.

Edgar discovered his passion for plants while attending the University of Oklahoma, and we ask that you don’t hold that against him.  There, he started his green career working for a plant hybridizer learning growing basics and the region’s horticulture.  After that he spent over a decade working with a range of landscape companies in the DFW area in several capacities including; design, purchasing, sales and management.

He knows the market and the plant palette.  We know he will be an invaluable resource to you.  Edgar lives in Hurst Texas, along with his wife and four kids, pets and plant collection.  In his spare time if not gardening, he likes cooking, BBQ, hiking and camping.
